For the last 5 years, Chef Jorge Sanchez has been traveling in a custom mobile kitchen taking his delicious recipes to key Hispanic markets throughout the United States. He has performed live cooking demonstrations on Telemundo and Univision and has also been heard on top Spanish language radio stations promoting his recipes.

Business Analyst (Internship), I developed a Material Follow-up system in the logistics department using Visual Basics. Results obtained: $200,000US in savings from eliminating obsolete and surplus inventory identified with the project. The project involved working with multiple departments including IT, Production control, warehouse and maintenance.
